After practicing law for close to 30 years both as a former partner of Winston & Strawn, LLP and as Deputy General Counsel at Groupon, Inc. and Vice President, Associate General Counsel and member of the Global Leadership and Global Human Resources Leadership Teams at Baxter International, Inc., I bring a wealth of experience and a strategic and practical approach to solving legal issues for my clients.

Legal issues cannot be assessed in a vacuum. Each issue is personal, and I pride myself on understanding what a “win“ is from my client’s perspective so I can achieve that result. I strive to find practical, workable solutions to legal matters when possible.
