-Advice and counsel on negotiation of offer letter, phantom stock agreement, and terms of employment for Vice-President of Marketing for large consumer products company;

-Negotiation of severance for VP of Sales and Marketing at large privately held company;

-Negotiation and resolution through settlement of exit of a former General Counsel (joint defense with co-counsel who represented other executives) of an internationally publicly traded company;

-Provided advice and counsel on terms of non-compete and restrictive covenants for executive considering alternate employment;

-Negotiated terms and successful exit for a former CTO of a technology company.

-Conducted investigation and obtained successful resolution of discrimination claim by former Director of Fortune 500 company;

-Negotiated successful resolution of exit of paralegal from international law firm;

-Negotiated numerous other settlements and conducted a myriad of investigations into claims of discrimination, violation of restrictive covenants, fraud, defamation, or retaliation.
